Acceptable Use Policy

1. Introduction
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of destroy.network ("Service"), operated by Buun Group ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). This policy is designed to protect our users, our infrastructure, and the broader internet community from abuse.
By using our Service, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access without notice or refund.

- Testing email functionality during software development and QA
- Receiving one-time verification codes or confirmation emails
- Maintaining privacy when interacting with unfamiliar online services
- Reducing exposure to marketing databases and data brokers

- Journalism and source protection (with appropriate security considerations)
3. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited. This list is not exhaustive, and we reserve the right to determine what constitutes a violation of this policy.
3.1 Illegal Activities

- Money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion

- Romance scams, advance-fee fraud, or confidence schemes
- Identity theft or impersonation
- Creating fake accounts on third-party services for fraudulent purposes
- Bypassing account bans or restrictions on other platforms
- Fake reviews, testimonials, or ratings manipulation
- Pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes, or multi-level marketing fraud
3.3 Spam and Unsolicited Communications
- Sending bulk unsolicited emails (spam)
- Using our addresses as reply-to for spam campaigns
- Email bombing or mailbox flooding attacks
- Harvesting email addresses for spam lists
- Operating mailing lists without proper consent
- Violating CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, or other anti-spam regulations
3.4 Malicious Activities
- Distributing malware, viruses, trojans, or ransomware
- Command and control (C2) communications for botnets
- Coordinating DDoS attacks or other network attacks
- Exploiting vulnerabilities in our Service or third-party systems
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
- Social engineering attacks against individuals or organizations
3.5 Harassment and Abuse
- Stalking, harassment, or threats against individuals
- Doxxing or publishing private information without consent
- Hate speech, discrimination, or incitement to violence
- Revenge porn or non-consensual intimate imagery
- Bullying, intimidation, or coordinated harassment campaigns
- Sending abusive, threatening, or offensive messages
3.6 Intellectual Property Violations
- Copyright infringement or piracy
- Trademark violations or brand impersonation
- Distribution of counterfeit goods or services
- Patent infringement
3.7 Service Abuse
- Automated abuse or excessive API usage beyond rate limits
- Attempting to circumvent usage limits or billing
- Reselling or sublicensing the Service without authorization
- Interfering with other users' access to the Service
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Service
- Using the Service to compete with or replicate our offerings
4. Email Content Standards
While we do not proactively monitor email content, emails sent to or from our Service must not contain:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) - zero tolerance policy
- Malware, viruses, or malicious attachments
- Phishing links or credential harvesting pages
- Illegal content as defined by applicable laws
- Content that violates third-party rights
5. Reporting Abuse
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it immediately:
- Email: abuse@destroy.network
When reporting abuse, please include:
- The temporary email address involved (if known)
- Description of the abuse or violation
- Any relevant evidence (screenshots, headers, etc.)
- Your contact information for follow-up
We review all abuse reports and aim to respond within 48 hours for standard reports and within 4 hours for urgent matters involving illegal content or imminent harm.
6. Enforcement
We reserve the right to take any of the following actions in response to violations:
- Warning: For minor or first-time violations, we may issue a warning
- Content Removal: We may delete inboxes or messages that violate this policy
- Account Suspension: Temporary suspension pending investigation
- Account Termination: Permanent ban without refund for serious violations
- Legal Action: We may report violations to law enforcement and pursue legal remedies
- IP Blocking: We may block access from specific IP addresses or ranges
For serious violations, especially those involving illegal activity, we will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities and may proactively report violations.
7. Cooperation with Authorities
We will cooperate with law enforcement and regulatory authorities when legally required or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to:
- Comply with legal obligations, court orders, or valid legal process
- Protect the safety of any person
- Prevent death or serious physical harm
- Prevent fraud or abuse of the Service
- Protect our legal rights or defend against legal claims
We may preserve and disclose account information and content if required by law or if we believe such action is necessary to comply with legal process.
8. No Monitoring Guarantee
While we prohibit certain activities, we do not actively monitor all email content or user activity. We rely on:
- Automated systems to detect obvious abuse patterns
- User reports of violations
- Third-party reports and legal requests
The absence of enforcement action does not constitute approval of any particular use. We reserve the right to enforce this policy at any time.
9. International Users
Our Service is operated from Australia but is accessible globally. Users are responsible for compliance with local laws in their jurisdiction. We do not provide service to users in countries subject to comprehensive sanctions, including but not limited to:
- North Korea
- Iran
- Syria
- Cuba
- Crimea region
- Other jurisdictions as required by Australian and international sanctions
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
