1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using destroy.network ("Service"), operated by Buun Group ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Eligibility

By using this Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 16 years of age (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher)
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• You are not prohibited from using the Service under any applicable laws
• You are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country subject to comprehensive sanctions

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Description of Service

destroy.network provides temporary, disposable email addresses for privacy protection purposes. Our Service allows users to:

• Create temporary email inboxes that automatically expire
• Receive emails at generated addresses
• Access emails through our web interface or API
• Configure custom domains (paid plans only)

4. Acceptable Use

Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Engage in any illegal activities or violate any applicable laws
• Send spam, phishing emails, or malicious content
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person or entity
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Use the Service to bypass email verification on other platforms for fraudulent purposes
• Collect or store personal data about other users without their consent

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice, for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

5. User Accounts

Some features of our Service require an account. When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

6. Subscription Plans and Payments

We offer both free and paid subscription plans. For paid plans:

• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers

6.1 Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

• Within 7 days of initial purchase: Full refund if you are not satisfied with the Service
• Service unavailability: Pro-rata refund for extended outages (more than 24 consecutive hours)
• Billing errors: Full refund for duplicate charges or incorrect billing amounts

Refunds are NOT provided for:

• Partial months after cancellation (access continues until the end of the billing period)
• Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
• Unused features or API calls
• Changes in your circumstances or requirements

To request a refund, contact billing@destroy.network with your account details and reason for the request.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Our Service is designed with privacy in mind:

• Temporary inboxes and their contents are automatically deleted upon expiration
• We do not retain email content after inbox expiration
• Account data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes
• You may request deletion of your account by contacting us at legal@destroy.network

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Buun Group and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our explicit written permission.

9. API Usage

Access to our API is subject to these additional terms:

• API access is limited based on your subscription plan
• You must not exceed rate limits or abuse the API
• API keys are confidential and must not be shared
• We may revoke API access for violations of these Terms

10. Export Controls and Sanctions

The Service is operated from Australia and is subject to Australian export control and sanctions laws, as well as applicable international regulations. You agree that:

• You will not use the Service if you are located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country subject to comprehensive sanctions (including but not limited to North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, and the Crimea region)
• You will not use the Service if you are on any government sanctions list
• You will not use the Service for any purpose prohibited by export control laws
• You will not use the Service to facilitate transactions with sanctioned parties

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free; that defects will be corrected; or that the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUUN GROUP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Buun Group and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

14. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond the reasonable control of that party, including but not limited to:

• Acts of God, natural disasters, or extreme weather events
• War, terrorism, civil unrest, or armed conflict
• Government actions, laws, regulations, or embargoes
• Strikes, labor disputes, or industrial action
• Pandemic, epidemic, or public health emergencies
• Failure of third-party infrastructure, utilities, or telecommunications
• Cyberattacks, including DDoS attacks, beyond our reasonable control

In such events, the affected party's obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.

15. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Australia.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Buun Group regarding your use of the Service.
